MAGNETS By now, one of your students was supposed to bring home a magnet for parents/guardians to use as a tool to help monitor for signs of illness. The district is strongly encouraging families to help be the first line of defense to keep illness out of the school buildings and to keep the kids in the classrooms. If for some reason you did not receive a magnet or are in need of another magnet for a different household, please pick one up at CCES, CCJSHS or the board office downtown. Please contact the School Health Nurse with any questions or concerns.

All Chase County students will begin receiving free lunches and breakfasts beginning today (Sept. 8, 2020) through Dec. 31, 2020, as funding allows. Remote learners need to contact their school by 8:30 am to order their meals (lunch for that day and breakfast for the next day). Adults will still need to pay for their meals.

USD 284 has updated its website (www.usd284.org). It is a work in progress, but you'll be able to find the breakfast/lunch menus under Dining. You will also find the school calendar under Events (I'm adding more months daily). The Live Feed and/or Athletics will provide updates on sports. The Live Feed will also allow us to send out other school updates. The new website has a big picture of the high school kids at a football game last year. If you don't see that picture, you are connecting with the old site due to caching and browser history.
